Review: Not enough words... - My son also loves this product! All I have to say is that when i started using this product my blood pressure was elevated, not enough for taking medicine yet, however I was having symptoms like short of breath, ocular migraines, dizziness etc... I was in panic. Also, it helped me with my massive bloating at night time it was a nightmare. A month after taking this product along with plant sterols my blood pressure is better than when I was 18. All symptoms gone including my bloating. Bty the taste is so refreshing taking it first time in the morning.

**Q: are these actual husk and not powder - the box says husk but the description says powder?**
A: It’s ground up husk but still a course powder.  Definitely thicker than the powder you would find in Metamucil for example. It doesn’t dissolve in drinks.

**Q: Does this work well for baking (Keto etc.)?**

A: Absolutely not.  I think it would not go down well for a child.  I have to drink it all at once without stopping or I get the heaves.😬

Orange flavor isn't great. Tastes artificial. Good psyllium however I wish they would bring back their unflavored product.
