These things actually work fairly well.
Helps keep your throat from drying out. I soak mine in water before bed to add extra moisture. It works and saves carrying around a water tank.

It works even with elbow & heated tubing.
So I had it close to the mask like it said but it was letting all kinda moisture & stuff into my mask (even at the lowest setting) so I put it at the back of my machine (3B Luna G3) & to my surprise it works way better & I don't have the moisture buildup I was experiencing. Then I found this nice elbow & to my surprise it works with that & even has a nice seal.

Works for maybe first 3 hours of sleep
This works with my Z-Auto travel CPAP for maybe the first 3 hours of sleep each night, and then the air coming through is just as dry as without it, making it too uncomfortable to use while sleeping.

Clean, individually packed
These fit on my resmed tubing for CPAP. Like that they’re individually wrapped for easy travel and sanitation

Darn things work!
I was traveling light for a trip and got a Transcend mini travel CPAP. It doesn't have humidification tank, like my regular machine, so I thought I'd give these a try. If you're used to a LOT of humidification (my sis goes through a tank a night) these won't work for you. If you're like me, just need the air not to be too dry... these worked perfectly.

2 Major Flaws
My Bi-Pap humidifier crapped out so I thought I'd try these while I wait for a new machine. There's two major flaws that I found immediately:1 - They significantly reduce the pressure applied to the mask. This may not be noticeable if you have lower therapy pressures, but I noticed it immediately with my 18/14 pressures.2 - There is no way they can capture heat/moisture from exhaled air as the exhaled air does not reach the device. My current mask, and every mask I have ever used, has built-in exhale ports with check valve flaps coming into the mask. So when you exhale, no air goes down the tube. On the Airfit masks it's in the easy connect elbow (See attached pic). So I'll be taking advantage of their moneyback policy.

Works
Not quite as good as an attached humidifier, but is a heck of a lot smaller to take on a trip, and doesn’t require distilled water. I get a slight, high pitched squeal from mine.....I think because of the rubber hose connection from my mask...don’t know if because hose end dried from age and needs a softener of some type, but I don’t think this is not the fault of this product.
