The instructions were VERY VAGUE. If my wife was not handy with tools and i was not there, this could have went very wrong. The packaging for the bolts were ridiculous. If you talk them out of the pack, be mindful that you may not remember which ones they are after you open it because the lettering is on the inside of the packaging and will rip when opened. I suggest you make a small slit on the plastic side so as to pull the bolts out individually.Sturdiness: Once Assembled, the item IS sturdy but I took away 2 stars because the image of the base is not what was in the package. The cups (Circular thingies on the ground) that is shown as the base in the image are 3x the size that came is the box. The larger base is one of the reasons why I picked this one over the others. This is stable! There is some VERY MINOR shaking but I am sure it's due the average PLAY that the majority of workout items have in the screw holes.Versatility: Excellent item to work out your BACK, Triceps, Shoulders, and abdominals with and without the resistance bands. Damn good for the cost and home convenience and the way I have it, it takes up a small corner in the den that will allow for other workout devices to complete our home mini gym. ### ⭐ Junk! Pure cheap junk *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2020* Don’t bother with this piece of crap! It’s cheaply made. Mine came scratched and nicked up. The design causes the threads to show most places that your body will rub when trying to fit in between the bars. If you tighten the nuts tight enough to hold, the bars bend!!! No locking nuts and no lock washers and no lock-tight. The pictures of this are incredibly deceptive. The woman in the picture must be 3 feet tall and weigh 45 pounds. I’m 6’1” and 200 lbs...at the tallest height the bars are starting to bend. Spend your money elsewhere. This is garbage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2020* Arrived a few days earlier than scheduled. No, the assembly instructions are not great however, if you can't figure it out maybe you should not be using gym equipment, you won't need a PHD. It is sturdy and stable for my 175 lbs. and made well even though made in the PRC. Finish is as good as it's sturdiness. All in all I am very happy with this and fits in my gym against a wall taking up very little space.
