I chose this brand because I have used it before. It works, and doesn't cost an arm & a leg like "name" brands. So glad I could get it from Amazon, as I have mobility problems.

If you feel like your nose is running a lot, especially during allergy season, this is the greatest. It last for hours. Just make sure you don't overuse it because it will cause your sinus to dry out.

04/07/2025: Delivery was quicker than expected. I have been using Chlorpheniramine Maleate products for decades. Antihistamines based on this ingredient do NOT affect blood pressure nor, in my experience, cause dizziness or light-headedness.

I've been using this product for about 15 years and I usually only need half of a pill. I use it to stop sinus drainage and it does take at least an hour to take affect, but I think that's pretty much standard for this type of medication. For me, it does the trick without any side affects.
