Not as absorbent as standard cotton towel
I was hoping for something better than cotton, but at least for me it was worse. It didn't really wick moisture away. It was soft and not too heavy, but I have to believe there is better.

It is soft, a little hot to put around your neck and my dish towel absorbs my sweat a lot better.
