Zoo Med Repti Sand Desert White All Natural 10 lbs - 2 Pack

I used this for my hamster. The only sand I will use I’ve tried other brands and they are horrible compared to this. The sand is real sand, not like fine dust and it doesn’t have big chunks that can hurt the hammie. Definitely worth the money, it’s a safe and great product.

I did some research on what kind of sand is good for my grand daughter's Syrian hamster to bathe in, I found out this sand is good because it had no chemicals or dyes that can hurt your hamster. Aldo, when buying sand for your hamster it should not be dust or power. The hamster is enjoying this sand alot.

This is bag #6 i bought for our hamsters. Works great, safe for them and no dust. I am not sure why our local Petsmart stopped selling it, but i am glad i could buy it here.

Bought for my daughter’s dragon. He really seems to love the sand and enjoys digging and “nesting” in it at night. Impaction is no issue if you ensure you don’t feed your pet on the sand. We hand feed ours, so never an issue. These animals live and hunt on sand and rock in the wild. People just need to be smart enough and use feeding dishes.

I saw a review that said they only got one bag, but I did get both. They both had a small hole in their bag so it was a little bit of a mess, but nothing that I couldn't patch up. Clumps up great to clean, and I will be buying again. NO ADDED CALCIUM (so this sand is safe while other reptile sand is not safe for hamsters)

Used for my hamsters. They used to have children's play sand which I would sift and heat treat, and never noticed anything wrong. However, when I switched to this, within about 2 weeks, I thought their coats looked softer and fuller? Maybe it's just me.Bought this cause it was a hassle and messy to sift anymore sand, but I still heat treated it before using.

There is really nothing that I don’t like about this sand, it’s soft and cool to the touch and my little guy loves it, the only thing that I wish was different is that I wish the company would package it better, i have gotten the sand with holes in the bag and a lot of the sand is gone but I will say that the company did send me another bag of sand but it was in the same kind of package and it did have a hole in it but if it was boxed up instead of just in a bag I think it would be a lot better
