Apple MKN52LL/A iPod Nano 16 GB, Space Gray

Ordered a silver nano, and within the hour the company emailed me saying there was a system mix up and that silver was no longer available, but they would gladly give me another color. They gave me all the colors and then sent out the order within an hour of me answering. (I got green if that matters)Nano arrived within 2 days of ordering, which was WAY before when I was expecting!The product came with a case, headphones, screen protector, and a charging cable. And the iPod itself. My only complaint is that the screen protector did not come with instructions so anyone not familiar with them would have no idea how to apply it properly. But there are very clear instructions for installation and use, and who to call if there's a problem.It's been almost a month and the iPod works great. It doesn't stay charged as long as my last iPod touch but it isn't an issue for me, plus it doesn't skip as much. I'm always a little cautious buying electronics online, especially if they aren't new, but the return policy was good and the the company had good ratings so I felt this was worth a shot and I'm glad I did.Overall, I'm very pleased with the experience. Great and fast customer service and good product. I would buy from them again

bought this for my car primarily and its my first I Pod ever. I like it a lot, its very small, I guess I thought it was a bit bigger but that's ok, will take up less space. I've loaded a ton of music on it already and have a lot more to add but this is going to be great in the car. No more fiddling with CD's or carrying hundreds of CD's in the car either. It has a fitness program on it that I haven't figured out how to make work yet but that will come in handy soon too. I can't really compare it to any other mp3 player or I pod since its my first, but as a first, I love it!

I would recommend not ordering from this seller. I got this iPod a few days ago and have only used it twice. It won't hold a charge at all. I even charged it and turned it off when it was finished just in case that may have been the problem. Nope, sure enough I go to turn it on when I got to the gym and it wouldn't even power on!! Plugged it in to the usb in my car and it showed the battery had nothing on it. As soon as I unplugged the iPod it shut right off. Extremely disappointed and will be calling Amazon for a replacement right now...

I replaced my old wheel-based nano with this since my new car has no CD player and my old nano wasn't compatible with the car. Touch screen works great. Well organized and good response. (To be fair I haven't gone through most of the stuff available on the touch screen. I only use Music and Settings.) Sound is a little more rich and full than my old nano even without using any EQ settings. (I found the Rock setting the most balanced and compatible with my preferences even though I usually listen to jazz or old school r&b/soul/funk.) When I put in my pocket when walking I hardly know it is there. The only reason I took a star off my rating is because it cost more than I expected, other than that I am very happy with it.

My husband has a 3rd gen Apple iPod Nano that I bought him in 2009. It worked great, for awhile, until he (ahem), got it wet, then it didn't work so well anymore. So I bought him this one, which was a lot nicer then the old one, because he could upgrade this with the new iTunes features that weren't available on the older model. He seems really happy with this. I thought that switching and transferring music to the new one from the old one in iTunes was going to be difficult, and it was smooth and easy as can be! The sound is great, and is just right for his use!

I lost my 4th generation Nano which I loved. It was so easy to stop/start/change songs with the click wheel. I thought this 7th generation would be just as good with new upgrades. It is not. The click wheel is gone and replaced with a poorly designed toggle switch on the side that tries to combine all the features of the click wheel. You have to be press the exact center of the toggle switch to stop/start a song. If you are off slightly, you will just hit the volume increase/decrease. With the Nano clipped to my side while working out, I have to hit the button several times before I am able to pause a song. Skipping a song requires pressing this same middle toggle twice and to play a previous song, you have to press 3 times. Just a stupid design. Things should get better with new models, not worse

Everything went smooth as silk with this transaction and it arrived a day early to boot.The IPOD was purchased for my wife and she loves it. We took it on a trip and hooked it up through the car's stereo system and she was very pleased with the Ipod. She know has a set of bluetooth earphones which she uses in and around the house.I love it because it keeps her occupied and I get to watch all the sports I want to on the TV.

I was very pleased with the sale. The Nano appears to be in Flawless condition. It's working perfectly, seems to be holding a charge. I don't have any complaints at all. I contacted the seller because I had some specific questions. Robin was very helpful and courteous and went out of the way to make sure that I was satisfied. It came with earbuds, a case, a charging cable, and a small power bank. Given the great condition, the price was very good.

For a refurbished product, it performs very well and it's in an impeccable condition.

Holy crap the bluetooth connection is bad, I bought this for work out but its connection with my AirPods 2 is unstable and constantly drop out which made it useless. I wonder if this is only the problem for this used product or for all the iPod nano 7 in the market. This unstable crap for 200 dollars? You must be kidding me. Also while I am preparing for return, I noticed seller gave me a weird no brand charging cable that don’t even work for transmitting data. I have so many apple product cable so I didn’t even notice that before.Huge disappointment.

Très décevant pour le prix et surtout la réputation de Apple. Les pixels de l’écran ont fait défaut après seulement 3 semaines. Difficulté de synchronisation avec iTunes. Bluetooth parfois incompatible avec la voiture. J’ai retourné mon achat et j’ai du payer les frais reliés.
