Its RANDOM
I like all the glass I recieved. However was very disappointed that I only got a small black... I cant find a bundle of black anywhere. I did however get a really nice thick yellow, so I am hoping to try and make a duck bead.

The colors you see are not what you get….
The product arrived perfectly, all is good , I just wish I got colors like in the picture something a bit different like the aqua, pink or champagne, but the quality of the product is good and arrived promptly!

Exploded the second it touched heat
Not for anything I was trying to buy it for. I wanted to use it for bead making and it exploded in my face every time . I honestly didn’t get the best color assortment either was extremely disappointed. I was so excited for them to come too.

This glass isn't the typical easy to use glass.
I got this glass to go with a bead making kit I got from hobby lobby however this glass needs a special kiln to heat it up first and will not ever work by sowly heating it in the torch like most glass does this glass is made of some special sand or something they said so they want you to buy their kiln thing to preheat the rods. If you try and heat he rods without the kiln the will just keep shattering. No matter how slowly you try to heat them. They just keep breaking and shattering. My husband has been a glass blower for a lot of years and this is why I wanted to try something with glass like beading, but he said these rods were the hardest to work with he has ever seen. I think they are made like this just so you have to buy their expensive kiln with it. I don't know. The colors tht I got of the rods were great. They were nice rods. However I can also go to my local hobby shop and get rods that are just as pretty and that actually work without any kiln.

Not a good idea for beginners - some rods are difficult to work with
As stated in the description these are handpulled rods and are not perfect, that's ok. Some irregularities are to be expected. I received all larger rods, mostly 8-9 mm sizes, there were no "regular" sized rods (5-6mm). I received a good mix of glass types and colors. The rods that I was able to work with, were very saturated and had lovely colors and textures. The issue issue is that of the rods that I got at least 3 very large rods were completely unuable. I couldn't get them to work for me at all. I lost most of at least two rods to them "popping," even at the very edge of my flame. It seemed like ANY heat at all was not tolerated well. I was able to work with some of the other rods just fine, but not all of them. I am new to beadmaking but not completely new. I know enough to slowly heat the rods, don't shock them etc... I even prewarm my rods which helps greatly. Also, I am in Florida so it isn't a cold issue.
