There were no instructions but none are needed. Very intuitive. The storage bag is very handy and roomy enough to easily hold all parts. All of the devices are great for me - a 70-yr-old woman with average sized hands. I want to use these to maintain hand strength. I love them. However, I really can’t imagine them being at all useful for anyone of reasonable fitness in younger age groups, especially men with regular man-sized hands. I have to work hard to get the finger-spread loops over my fingers and the ball and ring are barely big enough to give my hands a workout. This set is great for older people, people who need gentle physical therapy, and older children. I haven’t had it long enough to evaluate durability but even if only half of the devices last it was a good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versatile set, highly effective *by on Reviewed in the United States June 5, 2026* A really complete kit for anyone looking to build hand strength or do rehab work. Having 7 different pieces means you can switch things up and target different muscles. Good quality, comfortable grips, and definitely worth a solid 4 stars. ## Frequently Bought Together - IMENSEAS Grip Strength Trainer 7 Pack Adjustable, Finger Stretcher Resistance Extensor Bands, Finger Exerciser, Hand Gripper Strength Ring & Stress Ball - FlintRehab Durable Quality Therapy Putty (4 Pack, 3-Oz each), Theraputty for Hand Therapy, Fidgeting & Stress Relief, Therapy Putty for Kids, Hand Putty Physical Therapy, Stress Putty for Adults - roygra Hand Grip Strengthener, Finger Exerciser, Multiple Resistance Levels Kit - 3 Types, Set of 8 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/166639297-grip-strength-trainer-7-pack-adjustable-hand-gripper-finger-stretcher](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/166639297-grip-strength-trainer-7-pack-adjustable-hand-gripper-finger-stretcher) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
