Did not come with instructions so, I did'nt use the tether as to not break it. Fit perfectly on the old tether.

Excellent OEM replacement
Was getting the “Check Fuel Cap” message on dash. Gasket on old cap was worn out. Easy to install, excellent OEM replacement.

Poor Quality/Waste of money
This gas cap is poor quality and cheap plastic. It doesn't create a seal so fumes still escape. Had to put the old gas cap back on because at least the old one occasionally creates a seal. Don't waste your money on this product.

Does not include the tether clip
Does fit my 2005 honda accord, but does NOT include the retainer clip for the tether so that it stays attached to the vehicle. Very disappointing!
