We installed this cooktop last weekend and have been using it for almost a week. We are very happy with it. We were a bit skeptical when buying this cooktop due to the lack of reviews, but they were doing a sale so we decided to take the plunge. Our family in China also use Robam range hood. To our surprise, the cooktop has very high btu and I was able to cook with a wok effectively, which is nice. I had a pleasant experience with their customer service. They arrange the installation for us. The price is well-justified.

We installed this product in a rental property and our tenants loved it! It is made with high quality materials, looks great and is very powerful. I would highly recommend this item. Will certainly purchase it again in the future for any replacement cooktops we need.

Can't believe how much of an improvement this has been. We bought this Robam 4 burner to replace our 22-year-old GE. It has been a great choice. The pros are the amazing double burner heats up food/liquids quickly; the low profile of the grates (and lighter than many competitors); its attractive in a minimalist way, and the burners, while they take a second or two to turn on, always turn on. Important to us was the depth—it is not as tall as other brands, so it fit with our oven underneath it. Robam is a perfect size. Overall, we are super happy. So many of the other brands we looked at had very tall grates and weren't aesthetically appealing. This Robam addressed those issues. I'm really impressed with how quickly it heats up the food. That saves time and energy.
