Excellent portable first aid
I love the way this tucks away inside my back jersey pocket. It is compact and lightweight and has all of the essentials. I also throw in a spare set of contact lenses, some cash and a flat camera tripod in the case so that I am always ready for a coffee shop or to take a pano selfie. I replace this kit every other year to refresh the meds and also because the package tends to get worn.

Good to have in your pannier
Everything you would to treat a road wound.

Prepared just in case
Adding this to my bike bag. Good assortment of items but subtracted a star due to the First Aid instructions included state to use stretch gauze to hold pads in place. Kit does not include stretch gauze, but does come with a thin roll of tape. I added my own stretch gauze and a few extra bandages to make a complete bike first aid kit. Also threw away the Ibuprofen the kit comes with, I’d rather use my own name brand medication if needed.

Comes with short but excellent instructions for everything in it.
When you first see the little package it doesn't seem like a lot for $15, then you see how handy and reusable it is, and the instructions are perfect and that's important for road rash. It will save folks from a lot of unnecessary pain. I have already tried the first aid cream Brave Soldier makes that's in it and can't say enough about how effective it is and how quickly it begins to heal skin trouble. I had a tick bite a year old and one from this summer that have itching and driving me nut, and this cream is working fast and well on those. For a biker it's worth every cent and then some. After using it you can buy some more of what you used up and keep using it.

Great kit for bikers!
I got this kit for my son who is an avid biker. The kit comes in a zippered pouch, contains a great supply of first aid products and is a great value for the price. Great for those little emergencies on the trail.

Meh!
Don’t waste your money. Build your own pack or just buy a bigger one almost anywhere else. Yes it’ll fit in your pack nicely but for what you get it’s a waste of money.

It's what you will need
I'm a former EMT and an avid bicycler. The kit includes exactly what you will need, it fits in your back jersey pocket, and you can replace the products you use while continuing to carry the kit. I don't go on a ride without the kit.
