I purchased this charger due to my old one not being long enough. Unfortunately, after 5 days of owning and using the product, my phone (iPhone 11) kept displaying a message 'this accessory is not supported' and stopped charging. I will be sending it back.

I feel like this may be a Juice copy.....I have bought this product twice now, returned the first as faulty within weeks. Now a couple of months later it’s not working. I’ve had genuine Juice products before and never have they been so unreliable. I’d steer clear if I was you!

I have bought this lead for my daughters birthday and the end as fell off already I would of expected this lead to last a lot longer as I paid good money for it.Can somebody let me know if they can help me with this, I can send it back to you if you need or I can send pics of the proof.I wait to here from you.RegardsN Emerson

Great chargers! So much better quality than the apple own brand, no ‘device not recognised’ messages, and they last so much longer (my daughter has been using hers for coming up to 5 months with no problems). Highly recommend.

This wire is perfect, it does what it says. Ive had it for a couple of months and I’ve had no problems with it. I would 100% recommend buying it.

I’m very very unhappy - I bought this item 3 months ago and i used it 2 days ago and when I come to take it off charge the top gets stuck inside my phone !!i had to try everything to get it out At home and it didn’t work I had to take it to Apple to get it fixed in mean time as my phone run out of charge and I couldn’t charge it I have no phone I do not recommend at all !!

Loved the idea of an extra long charging cable, I purchased two of these and they were very useful but sadly the metal charging point snapped off one after just two weeks. The other cable started failing after a couple more weeks and eventually stopped working completely. Very disappointing and complete waste of money.

I’ve had other 3 metres chargers, they reach across my lounge for my iPad and iPhone. My latest was starting to show wear and this was a great price and had good reviews. Arrived swiftly, the colour helps to ensure no one falls over it. Very happy.
