This seasoning is truly one of a kind. I have tried so many other seasonings on the market, yet, I have not found anything that compares to this one. I use it to season tofu, my vegan eggs (Just Egg), kale salad, sautéed vegetables, and nearly any and every savory dish I make. It’s a versatile seasoning with a lot of flavor and no guilt. You don’t have to be concerned about consuming excess sodium from this seasoning, nor do you have to question the ingredients. Simple and excellent quality seasoning that I have consistently enjoyed.

I have followed Kevin for a few years now and I purchased his Fit Men Cook Cookbook when it was released a few years ago. I also have the FitMenCook App. I usually season my food with Mrs. Dash and I was looking for a low sodium option. I add these spices to my dishes and it brings out the flavor. I especially hate eating whitefish like cod and tilapia but with the sea blend of spices, you get a flavorful and rich tasting meal. I enjoyed that one thoroughly. I like the green chili lime blend spice mixed with the everyday spice for my ground turkey. I just ordered the tea bundle today so I look forward to trying his other products.

I am a huge FlavorGod freak for seasonings because they have flavor and are great quality and healthy but I was shocked that these firmen cook seasonings are EVEN BETTER!! They are a little smaller then the flavor god bottles but well worth it. There is unbelievable flavor that lasts even when you cook. The flavor god ones kind of lose flavor as you cook so they are better to put on after cooking but firmen cook seasonings are amazing flavor packed as a plain seasonings or even to add with heat even as you cook it’s just unbelievable how tasty these things are I wish he made more flavors !!

Fun fact. I couldn't cook. Never knew how and that made my fitness journey quite difficult at first. Stumbled upon Kevin Curry and fitmencook. Three years still using his app, videos, cookbook and now spices. I've become known for the delicious meal prep I bring to work and the meals I make for my family. Kevin has not only helped me get healthier but my family. Making his Cajun seasoning from the app and storing it for future use on all kinds of things I knew I had to get his seasoning pack. Plus his newer recipes have measurements specifically with these blends. So... buy it. It's Kevin Curry guys come on

I've really enjoyed Kevin's spice blends. I'm a huge fan of his IG channel and really love his recipes, so having the spice blends helps ensure the flavor will be there. So far I've really only used the Every Day, Cajun and Fish blends - but even on my own dishes, the flavor is really there. I have purchased other products and I always find myself having to doctor them up, even after using the spice blend which is frustrating. But with Kevin's products, using the blend alone is enough. I am also gluten and sugar free so these spices really support keeping my clean diet interesting and never boring as he always likes to say!

Ive been following Kevin for a long time on IG and have purchased his cookbooks, but wasn't enthused about the spices. However, I got into a rut with the meager seasonings I use on my fish dishes and decided to purchase this. Im so glad I did! This is packed full of flavor. I personally love it on my baked salmon and probably wont ever bake salmon again with out. I can taste every spice thats on the label and love every bit of it. This is an absolute joy to eat and Im glad I made the purchase.

I love the taste and simplicity of the seasonings, but the Chile lime, southern creole and sriracha all end up caking to the point I can’t use them or have to powder them again before use. Maybe a caking agent would help.
