Gy6 Gas Scooter Moped Speedometer Light Gas Gauge 50cc Parts

I purchased a speedometer for my QLink Siena from ScooterLand USA to replace the faulty, defective OEM speedo on the scooter. When the item arrived, I was extremely disappointed to see that it had been utterly destroyed in transit...the glass was shattered, and the speedo itself rendered unusable. I immediately contacted ScooterLandUSA (specifically, Lynn) and told them that the item arrived, but it was so smashed up, I couldn't use it. Lynn expressed regret and sympathies, then told me to send the broken speedo back to them, and they would take care of the problem. I put the speedo back in the original envelope (an oversight on ScooterLandUSA's part...items like this really need to be packed in a well-padded box, not a cheap Tyvek envelope), and packed it inside a padded box of my own, with the suggestion that they re-use *my* packing to send the new one. I also suggested to them to spend a little extra and ship their future items in padded boxes to avoid damage like that I experienced. I then took the box to the post office (the very same people who destroyed the speedo in the first place), and away it went.Lynn emailed me a few days later, stating they'd received my box, and that a new one was being sent out. She even sent along a UPS Tracking Number so I could keep tabs on the item. Today (October 22, 2012), UPS delivered my new speedo, packed securely in *my* padding, with everything intact. I couldn't be happier if Lynn herself hand-delivered it to me...but this will have to do ;)ScooterLandUSA has guaranteed future business from *this* customer, for their absolutely stellar customer service, and for going above & beyond my expectations to solve a problem. My only concern is that, in the future, they ship their potentially-breakable items in well-padded boxes. Envelopes are okay for things that won't be damaged too much (such as cables and wires), but for things like speedometers, a padded box is far better.
