Fantastic price- if a bit extra work to de-skin!
Great for making almond extract- prove is fantastic! These are, however not the largest kernels I’ve purchased- which really isn’t too bad, except removing the skin, which takes forever!!

It's not a bad value "for the price"
These are not prize winning apricot kernels (but it's a great value). The quality of these kernels clearly does not come close to matching the "quality" of the offerings of something like "Raw Garden" or "Apricot Power". The size of the kernels are all over the place (and a great many are very small). However, the kernels are bitter and so do contain amygdalin (i.e., vitamin B-17). The reason I gave it 5 stars is because the cost per pound is only $6.24 (so it's a very cost effective way to purchase vitamin B-17) . In comparison, the last 2 lb bag of Raw Garden I purchased cost $17.50 per pound (that's 2.8 times the cost of these kernels). So if you are looking for, and are only satisfied with the highest quality, then this purchase probably isn't for you (you'll need to stick with kernels that cost $17.50 per pound). But if you're simply looking for a cost effective source of Amygdalin (vitamin B-17), then these kernels should work fine. I will purchase these again in the future.
