Victure 1080P 2.4G WiFi Camera with Sound & Motion Detection, Wireless Pet Camera Baby Monitor with 2-Way Audio Night Vision, Cloud Service Available

This is my fourth Victure camera, they are excellent! I live in a sketchy neighborhood, and it helps me keep tabs on what is going on outside. Also great to have one on the front porch, to keep an eye on Amazon deliveries! :) For those of you that have previous Victure cameras, it does work with the previous IPC360 app, so it will all be on one app with the rest of your cameras.For those of you new to this brand of cameras, unpackage the camera, power it up, install the app on your phone, create an account on the app, and then connect your Wi-Fi camera to your wireless network (via some audio beeps from your phone). That's it. The rest you can figure out from scrolling through the phone app… I have been using this new model for about a week, it is great to have around the holidays to keep an eye on your house while you are away. Entire set-up takes less than five minutes (including account creation), and it is a lot easier to set up than some other cameras I have used in the past. It is a great added feature to have 5 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this camera, and have had great experience with the Victure brand.

The PC650 is no exception, with fast PTZ, cloud and/or SD recording, two way audio, night vision, motion detection, remote viewing, alarms, scheduling, etc etc, it's unbeatable at this value. The app is also free and easy to install, I highly recommend this product.

Edit 1/17/2020- after receiving the new camera and a lot of troubleshooting, I believe that this particular model is incompatible with my new wifi setup- Spectrum community wifi. This particular wifi setup requires you to register every device's WIFI MAC address. There are two issues with this Victure camera 1) the wifi address is not easily found- the "wired" MAC address is printed on the camera and in visible within the app but not the wifi mac address. I had to first connect to my friend's 2.4g router that did not require registration then download a third party app to find the wifi address. 2) Even after obtaining the correct address and registering it, the camera still would not set up. Since my spectrum community wifi broadcasts on 2.4g and 5g I was able to successfully register my older victure model (2.4g only) and have that be functional. This model camera, despite having capabilities for both, would not work. Hopefully this review helps someone who is in the similar situation of needing to register WIFI MAC addresses for the camera to connect. To the credit of customer service they continued frequent communication via email and offers to replace the item but in the end I feel that this particular model is just not compatible with spectrum community WIFI.Edit 1/3/2020- after my return and refund I was further contacted via email from customer support. They are of the opinion that my unit was faulty as others have successfully connected to 5g. They have arranged for a replacement camera free of charge and I’m waiting for it’s arrival in 5 days, will update further if I am successful in connecting to 5g. Bumped up review from 1 star to 3 for the attention from customer service. I appreciate that they care about the customer experience.I had previously purchased a camera from this brand. It worked well on my 2.4 G Wi-Fi. Recently my building went to 5G and I needed a new camera which would be compatible. As this was branded to have 2.4 G and 5G capabilities I thought this was a perfect solution but unfortunately I was unable to connect to my 5G network. I tried multiple different ways to connect, including QR, wireless and AP mode connection. I emailed [email protected] and they were not able to offer any further solutions so therefore I need to return the item. I feel that it’s worth cautioning others who are considering this model for its advertised 5G capabilities.

I purchased this camera because my winter residence was broken into and robbed last summer. It arrived in just a couple days and I tried installing it but encountered a problem. The camera rotates 180° counterclockwise, then clockwise to orient itself. Somehow it had been rotated manually when it was shipped. It would rotate 180° counterclockwise then stop with a clicking sound, then shut down. I could not get it to function so I wrote the company and received a detailed reply the next day. However before I received the reply I manually rotated it back to neutral position and tried to activate it and it worked. I have had it in operation for two days now and the motion sensing is astounding. This morning my clock radio came on at 6:50 am in the bedroom and the camera detected the sound and began recording. When I walked out into the room where the camera was in total darkness it recorded me as I moved through the room. The video is just a clear as the ones made in daylight except it is in black and white of course. The manual is a bit sketchy and could be expanded and clarified especially in the area of what functions it has and how to access them, but that is my only negative. I have downloaded the app on my iPhone and my iPad and either one controls all of the camera functions. It does work with my 5G wifi network. I highly recommend this camera if you have an area you wish to monitor from a remote location. All you need is 110V electricity and a wifi network.

I have 4 more others Wifi Cameras but this one has exceeded my expectation. Easy to set it up using IP360 pro app., it took less than 4 minutes to get it in working condition without running into any problems connecting it to wifi network.the picture Image, & live & /or recorded video produce excellent quality by farI would highly recommend this Victure Dualband 2.4/5Ghz, PC650 model,Pet/Baby/Security Camera to check it out.
