Works well.
I recently upgraded my road bike. I live in Wales very hilly and wanted to change the Cassette Sprockett from a 11-28t (standard) to a 12-30t to make hill climbing a little easier. New bike had Sram gears and cassette but could not find suitable Sram cassette anywhere. After enquiries I confirmed that a Shimano cassette is interchangeable with Sram. Ordered the Shimano 12-30t which arrived promptly. Fitting took about 10 minutes and I made a few minor adjustments to the chain/gear settings. All now working well and hills a little bit easier I am delighted to say.

Easy fit, good ratios can get up some big hills now. Top quality smooth changes would buy again.
