I use Piped gas, hence it needed some minor modification - 3 holes were sunk in the screws.The gas technician who had come to install informed that the quality of the geyser is good & it also works on low gas pressure.He advised me to use Panasonic batteries for the geyser.Pls note - Pipes aer

I bought this geyser thinking it was a smart choice. It died in 4 months. That’s fine—things break. But what followed was a joke. Their customer service is built like a maze designed to frustrate you into giving up. Calls don’t go through. When they do, they magically disconnect the moment you show any emotion. Then they send a 12-question Google Form asking for everything from invoice number to a video of the broken product, even though they already have the invoice. And get this—you must send them a screenshot of the submitted form or your complaint doesn’t count. I missed the screenshot. Now I’m stuck. I didn’t buy a geyser. I signed up for a masterclass in helplessness. ACTIVA, your product broke—but your process broke me.
