The other reviews are correct and it is true that it's not as vibrant as the picture. But that was ok with me! I love it and I'm excited to write in this beautiful journal. Worth it worth it worth it!

I bought this based on the 3 reviews that all gave this Journal 5 stars all said it was beautiful and better than the picture shown. Well that is not the case and I am sending this backa) The colours are not as vibrant or luminous as shown in the picture the blue is paler and less rich and vibrant, the glow and luminosity of the moon and above the hills on the actual notebook ( I will call it a notebook not a journal) is a vey pale yellow and not as shown in the picture.b) It is not 1.8cm thick but at a max 1.5cm and that is me being generous.c) When I look at is from the side length ways the pages are wavy and not flat, so whilst the cover is flat the inside pages closed are not, although not noticeable when you open it.d) Paper quality ok thicker than normal, cream in colour with faint lines spaced at 0.7cm per line.I normally buy the Secret Gratitude Journal (which Amazon do misleadlingly list as Secret Gratitude book) which is priced at the moment at 6.80 as opposed to what I paid for this Moon Goddess Journal 7.00, I wanted a changed and hence bought this, when I compare the 2, well there is no comparison the Secret Gratitude book has 192 pages at its thinnest part is 2cm thick at its thickest 2.3cm, the paper quality is far higher and is thicker, plus the cover is a far higher quality and is closed with a flap with magnetic clasp.I would classify this Moon Goddess Journal as a pretty notebook which is ok quality and extremely overpriced for what it is, if I had seen this in a shop I would not even pay 3.00 for it.Having had other journals from places like Paperchase if you are use to well made good quality journals which can be bought for less than 10.00 then steer clear of this because it will not be anywhere near the quality you are use to.

As I have discovered what beautiful journals Peter Pauper produce for myself, I felt confident sending this one directly to a friend who was, dare I say it, over the moon with it (sorry - maybe I should have kept that in my head...) this is one of the smaller, A6 size notebooks so the lines are closer together than in the larger notebooks. The quality is the same though - very good quality paper suitable for any kind of pen, rich, creamy coloured pages, strong cover with elastic fastener. Apparently the design is even more striking 'in the flesh'. My friend says it puts her other journals to shame...

Lovely journal and I will be keeping it but it isn’t as vibrant as the photo and it’s a little smaller than expected. See photo I added and the pen in the photo is for a rough idea of size comparison.

I love my wee journal. For some reason l thought it would be bigger, but l must have misunderstood the measurements. It is a beautiful piece of art, l am in love with its cover. Seems quite sturdy as well, and l am looking forward to start pouring my thoughts in it !

Very small and not worth the money but it's a cute little book but did think it would of been bigger
