## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will the brine jr hold a turkey or is it more for chicken?**
A: Yes, it will hold a smaller turkey, but I can't say the exact cut off since I've not tried a turkey yet.  The dimensions are about 8.75 diameter (size of a paper dinner plate) and 11.5 inches tall.  I was able to brine two chickens at once.

**Q: Is this bucket large enough to cure a brisket flat or point for making pastrami? I'm not looking to cure a whole packer**
A: Yes you can brine a smaller brisket flat!

**Q: What is the inside diameter at the narrowest point?**
A: 7.5" usable space

**Q: Does anyone know if this container can be used for sous vide?**
A: You could. Although I haven’t used it in that way, I do have a sous vide and I could easily see it working.

Great for marinating or brining! The Junior size is perfect for most things other than a Turkey. It’s a little pricey for a bucket, though.
