Delivered quickly, easy to install. Hint the right and left are NOT interchangeable. When we were trying to hook the brackets in it wouldn't work. At first I couldn't figure out why I though it didn't fit but then I realized I had to switch and turn over the sides. So test it first so you don't feel stupid like we did :-) it should have mentioned that in the instructions. Looks great.

Easy to install, looking good, happens to match the color or our cabinets, much improvement over the original "silver" contraption. Not sure about "Softness" as a feature, but it seems to be sturdy. We'll see about longevity but it's not rocket science or electronics so I am expecting it to last until I sell this place.

Since I just remodeled my bathroom, I'm extra cautious about dropping things. The middle of this toilet paper holder (the part you take in and out to change the roll) is plastic, which I love! I used to drop my metal brass one a few times a year, but if I drop this one on my brand new tile, I won't worry about doing damage.

Great style and quality, problem is the anchors they provide for the mounting brackets are incredibly small and dont provide much stability. I highly suggest getting larger, preferably the large screw-in anchors, prior to installation.

A breeze to install with the enclosed hole pattern. Plus, they will easily come off the wall should I ever decide to paint the walls yet stay firmly attached to the wall. No more fumbling with an Allen wrench to remove or to tighten when it works loose.

I didn't use the template since others mentioned it made the space too tight for the bar. I installed one side and had my husband slide the other side until we felt the bar was secure but not difficult to pop out. Product seems to have a good "heft," not flimsy but obviously not solid metal either. I think the finish will hold up over time. I knocked off a star because the only included screws were for wall installation and some of us install this in the side of a vanity or shelving unit. I had to go to the hardware store and pick up some shorter wood screws, minor annoyance when you're planning on a ten-minute job.
