We like the burner layout, you can fit different size pans on at the same time. It looks great with the brass burners. The power of the "wok" burner is great. We have had 2 other gas cooktops in different homes and are absolutely sold on this option, incredible temperature control.We have 3 issues with this cooktop. 1. Zero customer support (see other reviews). 2. The gas control (valve issue) can not be turned down to actually regulate the cooking heat. 3. The plastic "feet" (12 each) on the corners of the 3 cast iron grates, melt and fall out. This allows the cast iron to scrape the stainless steel leaving permanent marks. If there was responsive customer support our issues could most likely be resolved. Emails and calls just have not been returned.

Worked great for a year or so, then one burner wouldn't stay ignited. Flame flickers a bit as well. Company appears to have a website, 866 number, live chat, customer service email. However, none of them actually result in someone contacting you back. It's all set up to look good, but I can't get any service, so the 5 burner cooktop I purchased is now a 4.

I have brought this cooktop few months ago and don't want to write review until I use it at a good amount of time. I actually like the cooktop very much. 1. the burners design --the wok burner (large and powerful burner) located at the very left side of the cooktop, which helps saving spaces when using multiple burners at the same time. If the large burner is at the center, after you place a large pot or wok at the center burner, there is not enough space for other pots on both side of the burners. So the position of burners design is very consideration with this brand. 2. Easy to clean--parts are simple and easy to remove for cleaning. 3. elegant looking. 4. Powerful burners. 5. Reasonable pricing when compares to other brand cooktops. The only downside of this cooktop is the plastic legs fall off when lifting it up for cleaning. I think that is due to the heat and it shrinks by melting the plastic. However, that doesn't bother me much because I can simply put it back on. SoI recommend it.Sharon

Keep in mind that we have only had it installed for maybe ten days and were replacing a mistake - a ceramic/glass, natural gas, cooktop that wasn't so hot, literally and always looked a mess. Big difference. Very precise control of temp. The 22,000 BTU burner boils water FAST! And keeps boiling as a full box of spaghetti is quickly added. Everything is heavy duty and well made. Only minor complaint: it can take a couple seconds holding down the control knob for a burner to be willing to stay lit. WE think we can adjust this just haven't had time. Overall, so far, very pleased.
