Fantastic they fit my sons shoes perfectly size 13, he had clarkes ones and thry did not last. They stay in place and he finds them really comfortable also his feet don't sweat and keep dry. Definitely buying more

Good little insoles for the price. My daughter got her wellies all wet and we couldn't dry out the soles so I removed them and replaced with these. These are well finished and soft. Not particularly thick, but work fine and my daughter says they are comfortable.

You can't really trim theses without causing fraying to the cotton base. That been said the worked well in my daughters school shoes that had developed a hole in the insole,(inside) . I filled the hole in with some silicone, leveled it out and when dry applied these inside. Good as new. Especially When everything else about the shoes was all good and when in 2020,and now 2021 buying school shoes when they aren't really wearing them that much is a hard pill to swollow. Get full use and so money out of them.
