Truly the Best French Press I’ve Ever Owned — Built Like a Tank & No Plastic!
If you’re serious about your coffee or just appreciate a well-made product that performs exactly how it should every single day, the Secura French Press Coffee Maker (34oz, 304 Grade Stainless Steel) is a purchase you will not regret. I’ve been using it daily for several months now and can say with confidence: this thing is a winner in every category that matters.Build Quality and DesignLet’s start with the obvious — the build. This French press is solid stainless steel, inside and out, and you can feel the quality the moment you pick it up. It’s not flimsy, it’s not lightweight in a cheap way. It’s got real heft, which gives it a stable and durable feel. You won’t worry about cracks, chips, or shattering like you would with glass models. In fact, this press could probably survive a fall off the counter without a scratch (not that I plan on testing that). The double-wall insulation is no gimmick either — it actually keeps your coffee hot for well over an hour. I usually make a full press first thing in the morning and pour myself cups gradually over the next hour or so while getting ready or working. The last cup is still warm, which wasn’t the case with my older glass press.Aesthetically, it’s also just a great-looking piece of equipment. The stainless finish gives it a sleek, modern, slightly industrial look that works in just about any kitchen setup. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t show fingerprints too badly either.Brewing PerformanceNow on to what really matters — how it brews. And here’s where the Secura really shines. The multi-layered filter system (three screens stacked together) does a fantastic job of keeping grounds out of your cup. With other presses, I often got a bit of grit at the bottom of the mug, but not with this one. I like a strong brew and use a medium-coarse grind, and the filtration handles it like a champ. The plunger mechanism is smooth, and the lid fits snugly with a full 360-degree pouring design, which is a nice touch. No awkward twisting to line up a spout. I also appreciate how the handle stays cool to the touch even with piping hot coffee inside.Ease of Use and CleaningThis French press is simple and intuitive. No bells and whistles, just straightforward brewing the way it’s supposed to be. I love that it’s dishwasher safe too, but honestly, it’s just as easy to rinse and wash by hand. The filter screens come apart easily if you want a deep clean, and reassembly is quick and painless. It also works great for cold brew or loose-leaf tea if you like to change things up.Final ThoughtsThere’s something deeply satisfying about using a product that feels like it was actually designed with care and precision. The Secura French Press is one of those rare items that does exactly what it’s supposed to do — and does it exceptionally well.If you’re looking for a French press that will last for years, brew outstanding coffee, and look good on your counter while doing it, this is the one. The price is incredibly reasonable for what you’re getting, and in my opinion, it outperforms presses that cost twice as much. I wouldn’t hesitate to give this as a gift to a fellow coffee lover either.Verdict: 10/10. No complaints, no regrets. Just great coffee every time.

Absolutely beautiful and the coffee is delicious
This French press is absolutely beautiful! I love the heavy duty quality! It is sleek it is clean looking it is stylish! I have MS so I’m going to say it’s a little bit heavy, but it may be a situation where I feel as though it’s heavy, but perhaps it will not be feeling very heavy to you. This is the type of coffee pot that I would like to keep on my dining table because it has an elegant look to it. No plastic whatsoever, which is of course what I was seeking. I’ve always had glass and I must say this is much nicer. I do not know if it is my imagination, but the coffee was especially scrumptious this morning! I highly recommend this coffee pot. I am tempted now to purchase this as a gift for a friend of mine. I cannot imagine a nicer gift than one that a person would be using every morning and thinking of me.

One of the best deals on this website. Feels super high quality and makes great coffee/milk foam
Infinitely better than any glass french press I've used. Not to mention the value proposition with this being such a fair price, I literally bought 2 to give one to a family member. All of the metal work like welds, laser etching branding and laser etched indicator on the top of the lid to show where lid opens... It's all very thought out and made with care. Any other product would have just printed on something on top of the metal work and it would have just scraped off in like 10 uses. This thing feels like a tank and would last for years and years. Even the spout where you pour the coffee has been designed in such a way that the way it pours is intentionally smooth and doesn't "stick" to the french press and make a mess. I honestly think this might be the best valued purchase I've made on Amazon in the history of using it. It's honestly that surprising. This thing feels like it could be easily $70 dollars, but it's actually at a fair price. The only couple minor complaints I have, have to do with the screen mesh filter and the metal "spring" coiled around one of the assembly plates. I would love to see the inside circle mesh where a hole has been punched out to assemble the other parts on top of the screen, to have a washer/ring that lines the inside of that mesh hole punch. It has some slight fraying to it that I could see slowly deteriorating over time and it would also make it more comfortable with washing it without fear of one of the metal strands stabbing you in the finger. The other complaint is a little more of an issue with how the metal spring is assembled that lines one of the assembly plates. On my product, the end of the spring had just a sharp end sticking out, so when pushing the french press down, it would scrape against the side of the walls inside the french press. I ended up just taking a pair of pliers and bending the end part of the spring sticking out and pulled it inwards so it wasn't facing the wall of the cup. Other than that though, pretty much perfect product. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to foam milk by pushing the press up and down a few times, and also for people who want to make a great cup of coffee.

Unbreakable stainless steel double wall will last forever
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This item selected for its stainless steel double-wall insulated construction.Functionality:Used twice daily, it produces excellent coffee with little heat loss, is easy to clean, and unbreakable.Size:The 17oz. capacity is the volume of the vessel, NOT the working capacity. The 17oz. model (which I have) produces 12oz. of coffee. Any more, and there is not enough freeboard to accommodate the press assembly. If you want to make more coffee than that at one time, opt for the 32oz.

Works well
Works exactly as a French press should. I leave it on a low burner to keep warm. It does keep coffee hot longer than a glass press, but not by much.

Stands the test of time
I have a hospitality business and put these in my guest apartments. One lasts for years of daily use. It’s the only one we buy.
