I bought this by mistake, the name was very familiar with what I needed. I almost returned it when it arrived, and I realized my mistake.Then I researched it and decided to give it a try, and OH My.. I take about 15 supplements a day, and this is by far the best with marked results; I actually notice a big difference. So glad I kept it, and now I recommend it to everyone. I just feel better in general, have more energy, workouts are easier, and I'm experiencing muscle growth. I don't think that is its purpose, but that is what I notice. Also, it suppresses my appetite. I don't have the cravings like I used to and have lost weight, probably because I am more active.

Great brand, great size, good quality l-tyrosine! Comes with a 1 g or .5 gram scoop also. Way better than capsules, more product, tasteless and mixes with anything well. Don’t do capsules- get the bulk powder. It’s awesome. I use for adrenal gland health, and focus.

I take it every day and it improves my mental state immensely.Quality is good and works very well.If you need to function on less sleep it can help with that and helps improve mood regardless of your sleep schedule.

Great deal and I can feel it working. Sometimes I (fail) try to quit caffeine and switch to tyrosine to fill the void. It does work but I keep going back to coffee. So if you’re doing it for that? It does work but you might miss coffee a lot lol. This was a good value for money and I usually don’t have any issues with nutricost products. Hope that continues.

When I first started taking Nutricost L-Tyrosine, I noticed a clear difference — it gave me a boost of motivation and energy that made me want to work out. Unfortunately, after consistent use, that effect wore off and I no longer notice any changes when taking it before exercise.The product is fine in terms of purity, taste, and serving size, but based on my experience, the benefits seem short-lived. I would recommend it for someone trying their first jar, but I don’t see value in continued purchases once the initial effects fade.
