Super simple to use. Good price! It rolls easily. It really didn’t get very dirty and the dough didn’t stick to it so I just wiped it down. I think if you treat it nicely and don’t soak the wooden roller in water it should last quite awhile. I used both the wood roller and plastic pricker for sourdough discard crackers and they came out so much more even and nice, so it’s not just for pizza dough! I have not used this for pizza dough yet but I’m convinced it will work great for that too. I never thought I needed this but it has been a game changer. I would buy again!

I recently started making my own pizzas and was having trouble getting a really consistent thickness with the crust. I could do pretty good with my hand but it was not perfect. I wondered if this roller would help and it helped me so much. The plastic dough poker thing works fine too, did exactly what I expected.With this roller I can more easily get my pizza into the corners of the pan without it fighting back. Just roll it a but and it pushes the dough around much further than your hand ever could without destroying it. The smaller end is great for the little areas you need some extra love for. Overall this has made pizza crust a lot easier for me.The only thing I don't like is the clean up of the roller. I don't want to submerge this in water so I am left cleaning it with a damp cloth at most. If water got into the cavity in the wood I don't think good things would happen, so keep it dry. But also be sure to clean it well enough, I know that can be difficult.

This docker and roller set gets the job done. The docker keeps pizza crusts from bubbling, and the mini roller is handy for forming your dough. They're small and easy to clean, too.

Absolutely love these pizza dough tools. If you make your own pizza dough at least once a week, this is well worth the minimal cost. Smaller head roller actually works fantastic, I had anticipated using the larger portion much more frequently. I don't know what to call it other than the spiky thing, but that has really helped to keep the pizza thin.

Pizza was my family's comfort food during the covid lockdown. These tools simplified rolingbout my dough onto the pixxa pan. The small size allowed me to work inside the puzza pan.

The wooden handle split down the middle and resulted in the roller breaking. Cheap quality. Go easy with it!
