Q: My philips tv doesnt have bluetooth can this soundbar be connected without bluetooth

Yes, you can use HDMI or an optical cable to the sound bar. The subwoofer just needs power, and connects to the sound bar - prob Bluetooth but it sorts itself out. The speakers are great and I was so pleased with mine that I got a second for our other TV.

Q: Is it possible to link additional speakers to the bar to create a full surround sound set up?

Yes, as it's wireless and has additional connection points on the rear of the soundbar.

Q: Can you change sub volume not just speakers

Unfortunately no, but you can lower the base with equalizer (EQ button on remote)
