Easy to install, plug and play. Up and running in less than 30 minutes. My check light would stay lit whether on electric or gas. Corrected the issue. Both electric and gas work great. I really like the adjustable temp. I didn't need technical support Thanks

My check light was coming on almost immediately no matter what I tried. Leveled camper, tried in gas mode, auto mode with 120v, checked resistance to every component, forced solenoid on with 12 volts and I forced the ignitor on with 12 volts. I even touched up many solder joints on the old board (didn't help). Knowing all the other components were good I ordered this board. It fixed the issue. The gas ignites first click every time. 120v probe heats up when plugged in to ac voltage. I love the cold adjustment capability as well. This board is very well thought out and a three year warranty proves that they trust their people to put out a good product. I'm very happy. Fridge was 40 degrees the next day and freezer froze the bottle of water I left in it. I read good things about dinosaur and now I'm convinced. Pro tip: number your wire leads with a sharpie before removing old board and connect new board the same way some of the pins on new board are labeled a bit different but over all the order seemed the same.

I used this board to replace the original board for the Dometic RM 2354. It was an exact fit and worked immediately. Changing it out took about 3 minutes and the refrigerator started working immediately. It's nice to be able to repair it rather than spending $2,500 on a new fridge.

Received it immediately and had two tech questions I wanted answered before I turned on the electric power to the refrigerator. Playing it safe, although I was certain that I had it hooked up properly.Called the company at opening time and the guy that answered the phone was nice to talk to and he immediately answered both of my question in a few words . Very simple hook-up and the refrigerator is running ice cold. Had to set it down to 3 on temp control and maintaining 0 degree temp in freezer section. Could not be happier.

The first one I got was defective, it looked like it might have been a return. They replaced it with a new one and this one works great. I had tried 2 other ones from a cheaper supplier and 1 didn't work at all and the other one would not control the temperature, it stayed way too cold. I am a happy camper now, after trying 4 different control boards and a month of my time.

My situation: Dometic RM2652, installed 2006, check light comes on within 5 seconds, both gas and A/C, fridge shuts off.Process:- Checked fuses. Both on board and in camper. All good.- Checked voltage going into board, AC and DC, All good.- Checked continuity and resistance on heating element, thermocouple, thermistor. All good.- After eliminating above, I figured it was the board that went bad.- Pulled leads off of old board and numbered them 1-10 based on what position on the board they plugged into- Installed new board (took 10 mins tops)- Turned fridge on. Works great! Ice within a few hours.Couldn't be happier with this product. The $105 is money well spent -vs- the cost of repair ($500+) or a new fridge ($1,200+)

Install was very easy as it is a direct replacement. Mark your wires first and should take around 5 minutes. After installation, and turning the fridge on, wait several minutes as it appears the board needs to identify the installation and run a start up sequence. Works fantastic !

I received the Dinosaur Replacement board yesterday and I immediately installed it in my rv, and then turned on my refrigerator and it turned on almost immediately. I will be using the rv in about one week for a 3 day trip and will report back with any good or bad issues.
