This soap has worked amazing for my husband on his psoriasis. Nothing else has worked but this has really shown improvement in removing the plaque.

Seems to be working pretty good. My scales dried up fast and skin isn’t as red as usual. It lathers really well; you don’t have to use much and it will lather A LOT. No scent so that’s a plus as well.

Since using the soap my husband's psoriasis is calming down so hopefully it will keep getting better

Update - 2 weeks of using every other day (per instructions) I have updated the rating to 5 stars as I am definitely now seeing improvement in my skin after NOTHING else has worked this well, and I've been at this since 2014, I've done all of the steroids & creams which sometimes helped a little but then after stopping them the psoriasis would come roaring back. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: as said before, for the first week I was using this soap it REALLY stung my patches horribly on application. After my shower everything would itch like crazy until I got the moisturizers on me, so keep those moisturizers at hand to put on RIGHT after your shower if this happens to you. After using for 2 weeks, it no longer stings/burns on application, which is a big relief and also a BIG sign of how the soap is helping. It still itches when I get out of the shower but it's not as bad now and the itching is only where the patches are still pretty of bad. Overall though, big areas that have driven me crazy for so long are disappearing steadily in a way I've never seen before, and the only thing I have changed in my routine is using this soap. SO!! All in all, it has been COMPLETELY worth the discomfort at first to see the improvements I am now, and I will be continuing to use this soap! Yes I will!! =D --- Original review: I am perplexed. I have committed to trying this soap for at least a week. Here's my experience as of day 3: IT STINGS It also makes my plaques super red and since I have some spots on my face, that's frustrating. That said, I have severe psoriasis and the large plaques on my back seem to be thinner on day 3. I have made no other changes, only using this soap. It certainly is very irritating to my plaques but it also seems to maybe be helping. I know 3 days isn't very long in the overall scheme of things which is why I am perplexed. I really had to grit my teeth and make myself use it this morning. I will update this comment after using for longer, I am wondering if the 5-star commenters also experienced terrible stinging and irritation but gritted their teeth and got through it? This soap will get 5 stars if it actually helps my condition (of course!), for now I rate it a 3 because of the stinging, but it is possibly helping. Also overall it's a nice soap, my skin is just the worst. But arg, it stiiiings, be prepared for that if you have severe psoriasis.
