This is my second Anker Power Bank and I have yet to be dissatisfied by either one. I also love the convenience of having the USB-C Cable built in. To me, Anker is the only way to go, when looking for a quality power bank.

The attached cable is perfect for charging your phone while it sits in your pocket. It's a good size and weight. Quick charging my Pixel 4XL works great. My one disappointment is that even though there's a picture of the USB-C port that says 18w input and output, you can't charge anything with a separate USB cable. I wanted to use it to extend the battery life of my Oculus Quest 2 and it doesn't work at all for that.

I appreciate the form factor of the charger, nice proportions make it convenient to grab and go and I don't worry about damaging it too much.Disappointed to learn that I can't charge anything FROM the USB port - it would be super handy to carry a small USB-C to micro USB cable to charge something older I travel with. That's on me for not researching though.Overall I feel like it's quicker to discharge than charge, though I get a couple to few phone charges out if it.

I've purchased several of these as they are great to put in your backpack or purse. They have a short USB-C cable built in so there is no need to find or carry another cable. There is another USB output port so you can charge multiple devices at the same time. I've not had any issues with any Anker products so I expect these to last a long time.

The main problem with this portable charger is the attached cable is extremely short to the point where your phone is usually touching the charger. If you have a larger phone and/or large case then it will be awkward to charge and its bad enough that you pretty much cant use your phone while charging.Fortunately it charges relatively fast with 18W power delivery. Wish it was 30W but oh well, its hard to keep up with the latest charging standards

I have nothing bad to say about this charger. I bought it to take on our trip to Disney and it worked great. Fast charges as soon as you plug it in the phone. I do recommend getting a C-C charger as it charges the portable charger more quickly than a USB-C charger. Pretty lightweight and charges my Note 9 just like it's plugged into the wall.

Purchased Anker products before with good results so no hesitation with this one.The main selling point for me was it's slim build with a nice short built in lead but it has an issue with charging my Note 10+ it charges it fine if left flat somewhere with the phone on top but I needed it for charging my Phone while it was in my Cargo side pocket whilst at work and for some reason it kept shutting off, It would charge for a short period but when I check the progress it's shut off, Reconnect and off it goes for a while then shuts off again.Leave it on a flat surface and charges to full no issue.I know this won't be a problem for most people who own one but it's why I wanted it to start with.I don't assume it's a faulty unit it just doesn't like my side pocket for some reason.

I've been into Anker products for years now. I really like their price / quality ratio, and unless I'm paying top dollar for a fancy-pants brand like Apple or whatever, I'll always seek Anker out. I would, ludicrous as it sounds, consider myself something of an Anker fanboi.So I felt a bit sad when this power bank broke down after only using it a couple of times. It's that super-frustrating issue where the power plug is intermittent. you have to wiggle it, hold it at just the right angle etc. Then it works for a few seconds, and then stops again.If I get the issue resolved nicely by Anker, then I'll come back here and update. Let's see.

had problem with the first one but I’ve been approached by the Anker friendly customer service and they sent me a replacement in no time. Can’t give anything less than 5 star to Anker customer service.

I have had MANY Anker products over the years, for myself and purchased as gift.This is a great addition to their range.Build in USB C, charger via USB C too, which suits me.Unfortunately I had an issue with my device, however this was rectified very quickly and without hassle. So, quality product and just as importantly Customer Service

Great product, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately the first one received had a faulty cable connection however received the best customer service from the seller. Product was returned with all postage costs refunded and a replacement product sent out promptly. Great product and even greater customer service. A follow up mail was received from seller to ensure I was satisfied with the replacement product.
