Any ideals?** A: I had the same problem. I was able to fix it by downloading the firmware update (look for "Tableau Forensic Download Center"). Don't forget to launch the program after installing and to press the "U" ("Update Mode") on the device! I was not doing that at first and the firmware update didn't seem to do anything, but then I pressed the "U" on the device and it found it and it let me update the firmware. Now it works in Windows 10. **Q: Does this model generate md5 or sha hash?** A: It only writeblocks the device you are attaching it to. It doesn't create an image for you.
