I went through some skin trauma recently where for some reason using the Hanacure mask made the top layer of my skin bizarrely crusty (perhaps because I was using Retin-A at the time? or some other product(s) I was using? --not sure why). I tried a lot of products & nothing would get rid of the crusty layer for a couple of weeks. I got to the point where I thought it would never go away. And, then I tried this product & voila it dissolved almost all of the crustiness on the very first application (which I used like a face wash along with running water & lightly rubbing in small circles). And, then over the next two days of using it similarly as a wash, it completely dissolved the remaining little bit of crustiness remaining in small areas. It probably would have dissolved all of the crustiness on the very first application, but I was hesitant to rub my face too much due to it being sensitive after trying many other products beforehand. It felt so good to feel normal soft skin on my face again (& even softer than before). Since then, I have found it is great to use daily (just topically, not as a wash anymore because that wastes too much product) mixed with an oil to help reduce fine lines & wrinkles & to add softness & a glow. It is a bit tacky to the touch if you put on too much. But, I believe that is an important component & what actually makes it work so well to adhere to the skin unlike other products to help reduce lines & add glow. And, it is not really tacky at all if you don't put too much on & once a few drops of oil are used in combination with it. At first I thought it might not wear well under makeup. But, I've found it works very well for me under makeup. I only need a few drops to cover my full face & neck. So far the oils that I have found that work best with it on my skin type (which is mostly thicker skin that is oily) are apricot kernel oil (during day, as it is lighter) & red raspberry seed oil (at night, as it is thicker). In a way I am okay with having gone through the skin trauma because it led me to find & try this product that I probably would not have found otherwise & that is so great for my skin generally beyond helping with the skin trauma issue. True skin saver & great product with clean/pure ingredients!:)

Beautiful product with really nice clean ingredients. I do see an improvement in my dark circles and the glow of my skin. Like all beauty products consistency is key, but I really love using this. It has a slight smell but I like it. Smells like you would expect Vitamin C serum to smell. Goes on smooth and easy, no stickiness in this serum and it's not oily. I love it! On my 3rd bottle now.

Wow! If you have dark under eye issues, this goes a long way to rectifying. Just overnight, I saw a big difference. Silky going on skin makes it feel like it is a high quality product. Will try more from Leven Rose.

My skin feels more hydrated and even-toned after a couple weeks. It’s lightweight and absorbs fast. I knocked off one star just because I wish the dropper cap wasn't so fragile.

No chemicals. All natural. Feels and smells fabulous. Many positive effects! Will continue to purchase and more through this brand.

Well my oily-skinned friends, I’m sad to report that I am returning this after all. :-( It honestly just makes me too greasy and I can’t handle it. If you’re and oily girl like I am, you know how much of a pain it already is without adding to it. This is likely amazing for dry and normal skin. Likely a little premature to write a review, but I feel compelled to write a review for my oily skinned sisters. This WILL make you oilier.....I was about to return it, but decided to give it a chance. So, it does make me oilier, a lot oilier actually, BUT it also brightens and does seem to make my skin nicer overall. So, for now, I’m going to keep going with it. Kind of curious what longer term results will be and, if I can remember, I will return and update the review.

I've been using this day and night for 3 weeks now and I really like the difference I've seen in my skin. I definitely appear more hydrated and bright. It's been a great addition to my routine--wash, toner, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C serum, moisturizer. This serum is hydrating, smells good, and has not irritated my sensitive skin. I look forward to continually using it. The only drawback that I've found so far (and I've noticed other reviews mirroring this) is that it does dry a bit "sticky". Moisturizing immediately after applying it has minimized this sticky feeling. It goes away throughout the day and bottom line, it doesn't really bother me, especially since the benefits of the product outweigh this small issue.

This truly does brighten my soon to be 55yr old skin. It absorbs quickly, does not cause breakouts, and does not feel greasy. I love it. I also use the Vitamin E as a night serum.
