This battery charger is great.
I have been amazed and very pleased with this item. It has several features built in which make it virtually goof-proof. If you hook up your leads wrong, it ceases electric current flow and tells you what you did wrong. It not only charges your vehicle battery, it repairs it, removing unwanted chemical build up inside the battery. It charged my vehicle's battery quickly and easily. By supplying 10 Amps of power to your battery, give this product serious consideration. I love it.

Worked Exactly as Advertised and did a wonderful job of charging my Jeep's Battery
I recently tried out the NOCO Genius10 Smart Battery Charger on my Jeep Rubicon, and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. Since I live in a townhouse, I powered it up using my Jackery Power Station, which made it super convenient—no need for a long extension cord or anything like that. It took about three hours to bring my Jeep’s battery from roughly 40% up to about 90%, which is pretty much exactly as advertised. Overall, it was really easy to use and did exactly what it promised, so I’m definitely happy with it. Updated 11/29 I have to say. This is by far one of the best products I have used in a long time. It just WORKS. And just as the Manu said it would. It's sad that I even have ot say this but that shows you the state of consumer products. NOCO really hit this out of the park with ease of use, reliability and hardware. It reminds me of Apple Hardware with the build quality. This is being used with my 23 Rubicon. Its not my daily driver - I normally use it when I have a drone contract and am out in the middle of nowhere. So, the battery does not get fully charged and sits quite a lot. I purchased the "NOCO GC008 X-Connect M10 XL Eyelet Terminal Accessory" instead of using the Terminal clips. For a Jeep, I have to unlock the hood latches, open the hood, connect the clips and then close the hood until its charged. Without a garage this can be a headache with weather. The Eyelets solve the problem. I ran a 14Guage wire from the battery to the floor inside the cab. This way the cable is always connected and all I have to do is plop the Power Station on the seat and plug in the Genius 10. I had a chance to try out the system today and wow, talk about easy. This is truly a life saver and knowing my battery is topped off and maintained makes all the difference for me. --NOCO now has a customer for life. --

Saved me from buying a new battery!
EDIT 2/26/24: I am now the blocks "AAA". Been helping people start their cars when jump starts with cables have not worked. Definitely handy to get other people out of an otherwise expensive pinch. I have a car battery that I purchased around 2016 (date of review 1/3/24). The car itself does not get driven much, at most 2-3 times a week no longer than 15 minutes one way. Throughout the years I've drained it by leaving the car lights on. Its always required a jump start after that to get going again. Recently I've been an idiot and been leaving my lights on more frequently. Eventually it required me to jump start everytime I wanted to turn on the car. It was becoming a hassle and I was about to call it quits and purchase a new battery until I came across Project Farm's review on battery chargers. This was at the top of the list so I figured to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! I charged it for 4 days straight, put it in my car, and it started right up. Not surprised considering it was just charged but the real test laid ahead. I was going to be out of town for two weeks and leave the car sitting. I came back two weeks later and the car started up, no hesitation whatsoever, as if it was a different battery! The NOCO Genius 10 saved me about $150-200 at least in a brand new battery. On top of that, I can now use it for other batteries in the event of any similar issues. The instructions on the other hand are a bit confusing and had to rely on YouTube comments to piece it together. For those who are confused at what to do, I did not do a 12V repair (function which this unit has) as it requires the battery to be completely charged first. All I did was charge it straight for 4 days uninterrupted. When first put on battery to the charger it will be in standby mode. You push (or hold depending on what you need) the MODE button to select your desired option. I was charging a lead acid battery so I selected 12V. The meter at the top slowly advanceD from each of the four bars until the final bar was pulsing green which indicates its charging to full (over 80% I believe). The green charging light continued to slowly pulse even on the 4th day but I took a gamble and disconnected it from the battery. For the battery to be 100% charged, the green light should stay solid. That means my battery worked 2 weeks later after sitting and it wasn't even at 100%. The unit can also force a charge on batteries that are extremely under voltage. Thats a separate setting that I haven't had to use yet. It can also charge AGM and Lithium but I believe the 12V repair function is only for lead acid. Unfortunately I had to go through 3 separate orders because the first two were from Amazon Warehouse and I encountered issues with both, consecutively. I ended up getting frustrated and just purchased a brand new charger. Pros: Solid build quality Excellent cable connections with weather covers Compatible with a wide variety of batteries Repair and Force charge batteries Cons: Poor instructions Charge is slow BUT I think thats how these chargers work TL;DR Try this first before rushing to get a new battery it is a good investment that can save you a lot of money

Great Battery Charger
I brought this to try it and it works better than the 5 different chargers I currently have. I brought it for the repair feature it has and it did the job. It brought a completely dead battery back to life.

Nice charger that can be used with multiple battery types
Nice compact unit and easy to use once you understand how to. The negative first and I took a star off for the following. It comes with a terrible instruction manual. The manual that comes in the box is ineffective on describing how to use the charger and the text font is almost microscopic. What is the secret and in these modern times how hard is it to manufacture a manual with color photos? I found a good web site that describes how to use the GENIUS10. I am using this charger on a aircraft battery and the charger topped it off followed by trickle mode. The charge speed was quite quick. I like how many types of batteries this charger can work with. I also like that it has a repair mode and can be used as a 12 volt power supply. I am using the GENIUS10 to power a 12 volt tire pump instead of hooking the pump to my truck's battery. There is no noticeable noise from the charger when in use.

The Only Charger You Need: NOCO Saved Me $2,000 and Weeks of Waiting!
I cannot recommend the NOCO Genius10 enough. After a truly awful experience with an expensive, useless charger (the JMR), the NOCO was an absolute lifesaver for my 2022 Porsche Cayenne. My car has a specialized Lithium (Li-ion) battery, which can be difficult to charge with standard equipment. The worst part? The dealer quoted me $2,000 to replace the dead battery, and because it was a special order, the part was on a 4-6 week back order! I was looking at a massive bill and weeks without my car. The overpriced competitor (JMR) completely failed to charge or repair my battery—even after days of being plugged in. The NOCO Genius10, however, handled the challenge with ease. It has modes to work with multiple battery types, including Lithium, Lead-Acid, AGM, and Marine, and successfully not only fully charged the battery but also successfully repaired it! This charger is proof that you don't have to spend a fortune to get top-tier performance. For less than half the price of the faulty unit I initially bought (it cost me around $80), the NOCO is incredibly versatile. In addition to its multi-chemistry capability, it serves perfectly as a trickle maintainer. This is ideal for keeping the battery topped up and healthy during the times my Porsche is parked in the garage for several days. Stop searching and buy the NOCO Genius10. It's affordable, reliable, and actually works on tough-to-charge batteries like Lithium. This brilliant piece of engineering saved me $2,000 and weeks of waiting!

A must have for every car enthusiast
Honestly I thought the battery repair function was gonna suck and not work but MAN WHAT A SAVIOR! Worth the money based off that singular feature alone! I always buy the best batteries on the market for my fleet of vehicles, and yet somehow some way somebody forgets to plug in the maintainer or leaves the headlights on or keeps starting and shutting the car off every 2 minutes for absolutely no purpose other than to hear the exhaust GRRR!! Of course these people end up making my batteries useless after about 3 to 6 months time. I was shelling out hundreds sometimes thousands for new batteries in these vehicles every year. Well, Not anymore! This noco genius 10 took a battery that couldn't hold more than 4 volts, wouldn't charge from the alternator and not only fully charged it in a few hours, it also repaired it in under 12 hours and now that same battery can hold voltage for over a month without dropping below 12.68v under load with the vehicle off. When I tell you this thing has saved me thousands, I mean it. I'm buying more. I wish the units with more power / amperage were cheaper to buy. 10A just isn't enough for many vehicles I have. But I'm not about to shell out upwards of $800 for one 50A charger. Instead I'll buy a couple more of these and try to get my people to take better care of the batteries.... (yeah right) Very compact, Very sturdy, Durable, and Lightweight. The included cord length could and most definitely SHOULD be longer by many feet. Even the extension cable you can buy isn't very generous, Instead I've ran permanent outlets to each bay specifically for these chargers.

Good charger
I bought 2 of the noco 1 amp chargers for power sport batteries and they work so well that i decided to buy a bigger one for vehicle batteries. This thing is the size and weight of a brick. The pictures don't do it justice. The battery leads appear to be 12ga wire. Clamps are sized right, all copper and strong. Also, not listed in the description, it has a 13.8v 10 amp power supply function. I have 2 small gripes, the 120v cord could be better quality, more flexible. The other is the noco proprietary connector on the charge lead. At least include an adapter to allow use of SAE connectors. That goes for the noco 1's as well. Over all, a top of the line charger that will extend the life of your batteries. Works so much better than the cheap China chargers I've been using until now. Would buy again!
