My faith in this business is restoredI DID indeed receive a reply after my comment about the defective product (somehow I missed it)Not only did the company reply but sent out a "larger than the original" replacement. My order was originally for 10 pretzels and the replacement box contained 25 (I may even, actually use up all the salt they sent... inside joke if you've ordered and know how big the bag of salt is).Good job in responding and making the order and experience "right!"Thank You.Yet another update;Even though the package on the pretzel says "BEST BY 07/31/16" the attached pictures says something different.Really, MOLD and I have not had these pretzels one week yet.And no contact when a bad review is written?This is just the worst.Update to the Update;Seems as if the price has gone down a bit to $23 or so dollars. Sadly, so has the quality. It seems as if every pretzel I have eaten from this latest batch has been under cooked. All have been so "doughy" inside it is almost like eating raw pretzel dough.I fear my purchasing of this product is about to come to an end.Update of my review.The price increase will force me to NOT buy these pretzels much longer. I noted below they were $20 then they increased to $23 and change and now, just 9 NINE DAYS LATER the price is now $29. This s flower and a few other ingredients, none of which are gold.Sorry but the price has become prohibitive. This order will be my last, you have priced yourself out of a customer.These are awesome pretzels. They remind me of the ones I used to get when I lived in New York.They are soft and chewy. They give you enough salt for 1000 pretzels.I sent my sister a box and we video chatted and video drooled about how good they were and how they reminded us both of growing up eating them in New York.I recommend them over that store bought frozen brand, even though those are good also.I wish I had found the case of 50 for $70 instead of the individual boxes of 10 for $20.00, they really should let you know they have a discounted bigger box. :-(

Tasteless...no way this is an "authentic" pretzel! We love pretzels here, and my granddaughter has been bugging me to make a glaze dip and a pretzel...ugh, what a waste of powdered sugar and milk! Only rated one star because I had to give it at least one!

first time i bought the cinnamon sugar and be forewarned while they were good, the cinnamon sugar is baked into the pretzels no bag of it to sprinkle on top, now it tasted good but you could mistake its appearance as a plain pretzel. i have also bought the plain ones (non salted) because i like to dip mine in a good nacho cheese sauce they are individually wrapped and do not need to be refridgerated they are a good siize like you would by from pretzel shopscan be eaten straight from package (no cooking / heating required) or add melted butter or add your own favorite topping or dip, basically a fresh pretzel shop pretzel with at home convienience.

Excellent German style pretzels tasty and nice and soft with just the right amount of salt. Great with a stein of beer

Bought a test box of ten and will now order a bunch more! These are great. They are big enough (about 7" long x 5" wide) to be an add-on item for a hot dog cart. The box has directions for warming in a humidified warming drawer so they will work on a steam table in a closed 1/2 pan - and individually wrapped so re-heatable! Less product waste. They look good, taste good and heat up nicely. Very happy with them for what I need them for. Hopefully they always ship so fast too! Two days from order to arrival.

I love soft pretzels! For context, my primary go-to pretzels are of the "keep in freezer, make in microwave" type, so that is the baseline for this review. Lately, I have had problems locating jumbo-size frozen pretzels, but I saw these on Amazon and decided to give them a try. Big upside -- they don't have to be kept frozen, and they were certainly convenient and available! But in reality, to me, that's where the story ends. I ordered the 10-piece pack and have made several pretzels so far, but each lacks the subjective qualities I have come to expect -- chewy texture, moist inside, yeasty flavor.... These pretzels just seems bland. Dry. Little flavor. I tried to vary my preparation and it always came out the same -- big pretzels, little desire to finish it. I'll finish my 10-pack order, only because my frugality won't permit me to trash them, but I won't order more. I REALLY wanted to like these pretzels, but they just didn't meet my expectations.

It looks like a bagel; it's colored like a bagel; it has a bagel mouth feel - "chewy". Unfortunately, it has no bagel taste; almost no taste at all. Just a thick chewy piece of bread; no "pop" like a NY bagel.

I have purchased PretzelHaus cinnamon sugar pretzels from different merchants. The pretzel is great tasting and quality on the individual packaging keeps them fresh for weeks for me. I enjoy 1/2 a pretzel almost every morning. Just snip off the top of the package, heat 30 seconds in the microwave, and enjoy. They are not in zip -top resealable packages, but that is about what I cut off the top, then push up from the bottom of the package when you want to save part of the pretzel. Leave the package sealed the rest of the way down so you can just fold it over the uneaten portion. Next day, at least that is what I do if I do not wind up eating the whole pretzel in one day, stick back in the microwave and warm again. Do not overheat your food in the microwave timewise or temperature, as it destroys the tender freshness of any food to me and affects taste, too. Less is more! I can even enjoy this pretzel without warming it up at all. ENJOY!
