I do not have these they were for another co-worker so I cannot even measure for you.

A: Not sure what you mean by luxury vinyl flooring but I use these pads on my stone tile and regular ceramic tile without issue. Can you look as to what the manufacturer suggests you use to clean the floor?  Hope you find one that works for you.
