Opened the box and I was immediately impressed.The lighter fits in the hand comfortably and is very well constricted.It has a solid feel and is most attractive.PROS: power level indicatorvery powerful arcsimple to useangle of "prongs / igniters" perfect for a pipesleek design / slides into your pocket with easesuperior materials and assemblyCONS: battery life is shortDue to its small size I am sure that is the reason for the short battery life.(small battery = less uses)If you plan to use this all day away from a charger this lighter won't do.Other than that this is by FAR the BEST arc lighter I have seen yet !!!If this lighter is going to sit on your pipe stand, buy it!If you only need to use this lighter a limited number of times a day, buy it!!Don't get me wrong, for its size you actually get quite a few lights out of it.A very strong arc that will get your pipe or cigar lit with little effort.My advice, pick one up. I sure for 85 - 90 percent of you this will be perfect.The other 10 - 15 percent are probably looking for more battery life.The problem with that is obvious, more battery life equals a larger/heavier battery.In the end I think this product is a good balance.For the price I don't see where you can go wrong.I would buy as a gift for a friend, it is that nice.The company that produces this lighter has reason to be proud.They deserve the five star rating.

Could not be happier with the lighter. The product is windproof and dependable. Great looking and easy to use as well. Would highly recommend to anyone who is int he market.

Easy to use; simple, sleek design; small and portable. Only downside is that it is a fingerprint magnet

Someone could get hurt with this lighter. Touching on button with any part of your body ignites arc. Once on lighter does not turn off until you close the lid. Un-touching on button or pressing it again does not turn off lighter.So if you turn on lighter and then it slipped in your hand or you dropped it there is a good chance of a bad outcome.This lighter is going in the trash!

Update: The seller reached out to me and is doing everything they can to make sure that I am satisfied. They have ensured me that I have just received a defective lighter and the replacement is in the mail now. I will post another update when I receive the replacement, however if it the battery problem is fixed I couldn’t ask for a better lighter. I’ve had it for a few days now and other than the battery issue the thing is amazing.I want to like this lighter so bad, and I do for the most part, however the battery life on my lighter is terrible. I’m not a very heavy smoker (about half a pack/day) and by the time I get home from work the battery is just about dead from a full charge in the morning. I’m not sure if maybe I received a defective lighter but all the other brands that sell very similar products boast about battery life that lasts all week. It’s a solid feeling lighter and it works well but I didn’t want a lighter that I have to charge every night.

Ordered one of these and battery life was very poor. Seller had me order another one and refunded my money for it. Still very poor battery life. Less then 20 lights and the battery needs recharged. Otherwise it works well.

Fantastic lighter with a very clean design. As someone who is bad about remembering to keep their devices charged, I was concerned about the battery life. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how long this lighter keeps its charge. Highly recommend!

Super excited to buy this to use while hunting etc. looks super cool. Sstays engaged for like 5 seconds then goes out. Also super small, so not effective at lighting a large diameter cigar. I am probably going to return. I think this is meant for cigarette smokers who want to show their friends something cool and I just want a reliable lighter to light my cigars while in the windy woods. And of course the first time I used it the battery ran out and I was left with a half smoked cigar while walking the beach of Lake Michigan.
