Fits way too small but warm and durable
I wear a 9.5 so I figured a 10 would fit perfectly. When they arrived, they fit but only if I wore no socks. Since the pile lining is not sheep fleece but man made, you really need to wear socks or the man made lining might start to reek. So I sent them back and got a size 11 which is a hair big. What gets it 5 stars, even though I would strongly prefer sheep fleece lining over man made, is the fact that these 1. Have a very rugged bottom sole. I wanted these to be nimble and grippy for doing light housework or grabbing the mail and 2. They have a stain proof exterior which I appreciate since I am a coffee dribbler and don't want my slippers to get stains. I bought these to replace my expensive Sorrel slippers that I lined with sheep fleece. They were wonderful but the exterior heels are wearing out. They are also blocky on the feet whereas the Minnetonka are snug, making your feet nimble and light, which is good if you worry about tripping around the house. Overall, great slippers but order a size bigger. Also, these slippers run quite narrow, so if you have very wide feet, these will be snug to tight.

So warm & toasty on hardwood floors during winter
I like that these cover the ankles & have a good soft sole. I only wear them inside. I bought a half size larger to accommodate wearing wool socks & it was a good choice because the lining does take up a little space.

Runs large. Good quality
These slippers appear to be made very well with good quality materials. I ordered my normal size , planning to wear them in the house without socks most of the time. They slipped on easily but because the slit in the front came down pretty low and they were slightly big , my foot would slip out when walking. The slipper was very soft inside , had nice cushioned insole, nice nonslip tread and came up over ankle bone. It might have fit with a smaller size or with thick socks ….But, I decided to return for a different brand and style for $20 cheaper.

Yuck. They were used
Disgusting!!!! So gross. They are not new even though it said new and not used. These are used! Hair and black filth inside them and scuffs on the outside. The bottoms were not even attempted to be cleaned. They are filthy for “new” shoes. There is mulch, grass and dirt. Clearly at this price I should have known it was too good to be true. Please be cautious when purchasing! Mine were definitely used and it’s a big chance these are not genuine. I will probably sanitize and just keep them for outside wear as they are not clean to wear in my house. Disappointing. Buyer beware

Didn't expect MInnetonka slippers to start falling apart after less than 6 weeks!
I asked for the tan slippers (size 8) on my Amazon holiday Wish List my kids got them for me. After I read some reviews about the slippers being reviewed as running small and tight, I ordered a larger pair for myself (size 9).I received the black slippers and they were far too long and big for me. After receiving the tan slippers from my kids, they fit perfectly! I have ordered many Minnetonka boots, booties, and mocs and the 8s have always fit me best so I felt silly for doubting these would be any different. I returned the larger black slippers I purchased and was very happy with my new toasty slippers! They are soft and comfortable, and I would say the ankle high sides are fairly supportive. The rugged soles are durable enough to venture outdoors when needed; however, I had avoided going outside in them as our lot is fairly muddy and wet over the winter. It's Feb 7th as I write this and I'm pretty upset. On Monday (Feb 5th), JUST days after the Holiday Return Period for Amazon holiday purchases had passed, not one but BOTH of these slippers developed tears at the stitching at the top! I read a few reviews about that happening but thought that perhaps folks might be wearing them all day and outdoors.I was gone for 9 days in January so was not wearing them then. And I only wear these when I'm home, so about 6 hours a day? I didn't even get a solid 30 days of wearing these slippers before they started falling apart!!! I really expected more from Minnetonka, in terms of quality and durability. I have a pair of leather moccasins I purchased in 1990 that are still as functional as the day I got them!I suspect that part of the reason is that the "fur" on the interior of these slippers is "faux shearling" and not real fur. The exterior feels like real suede, but apparently it must be much thinner that previous versions of these slippers, as they tore after a month.I'm debating on how best to patch these up. I don't think sewing the tear will be an efficient fix, so perhaps I'll need to sew a patch over it? We'll see. Just wanted to write my review while the tears were fresh. If I make a good repair, I may head back and post a photo, just for reference. For anyone else contemplating these slippers - if all you're going to do in them is sit quietly in your recliner and not move, then they would be a good choice. But if you need to get up and walk around, perhaps squat down to get something off a low shelf or whatnot, if you're going to do any bending of your feet or wiggling your toes while wearing these, youmay want to rethink them, as I suspect it was the moving around that caused the tears in mine. Just my two cents.

Struggle to get on
I was so excited when I received these slippers. They looked great. My problem was getting them on. Even when using a shoehorn they are difficult to get on. I struggled to get them on. When I walked around to test them, they felt great. I did order a size up because I wear orthotics. If you are a very patient person and plan to wear them for a few hours, they might be worth it. Don't wear them to bed if you need to get somewhere quick.I sent mine back.
