All over it's good. Baby is very comfortable in this bag and it's also comfort for parents to carry baby. Such a nice product for travel and walk. I'm happy with that

Not comfortable to use.
This carrier is not easy to use at all. With no product guide it took for ever to figure out how to wear it. The head rest is too high so when facing forward it actually covers the babies face. I see other reviews giving it 4/5 star ratings but I couldn't find it comfortable.
