I have ACJ Dysfunction, and over the past 2 years have purchased 9 pillows!!Nothing relieved the pain, in fact my last pillow, a water pillow made the pain very much worse, no matter the water level. I've tried so many pillows, even a new mattress, despite the one I had being under 2 years old, yet still believed the 'right' pillow would help.After a particularly bad night I ordered two more pillows, with high recommendations. Both arrived together the next morning.I had been particularly taken with the other pillow, but when I unpackaged both, this one just looked 'right', so I tried it first. I've ever bothered to try the other pillow, as I knew from the first night that my search was over and I'd finally found the pillow I needed.The pillow ft perfectly into a standard pillow protector and pillow case, there was no smell - not even on the first night. for me it is the perfect level of firmness, neither being too soft nor too hard, and it feels of good quality.Unusually I managed to sleep on the very first night I tried it - unusual for me. After the 3rd night I was actually looking forward to going to bed, instead of avoiding it until the early hours.Obviously two years of muscle and joint strain won't disappear overnight, but I am already noticing a huge difference. My neck is no longer tight, pains in my neck and head are subsiding, clavicle pains are completely gone and even shoulder pans are not as intense.To say that I am delighted with this pillow is an understatement, and I plan to buy a second one as soon as I can afford to. Well arrived and opened to pleasant and relieved purchaseExactly as shownReally feels niceGood size and height and although newly got a relief it was as ordered and nice as hoped.No smell , is memory foam, soft case on white side ,feels nice looks nice and most importantly comfortable and so I think this is going to be best pillow I’ve had in a very very long time and I’ve tryed it seems every type and makeYears ago was fussy with quality of pillows but now it’s about pain relief and neck issue so need changedIt’s expensive for one pillow but if it works it’s nice and comfortable then shows how much money wasted on others of no helpAnd shape retention yes so far so good.Think anyone would benefit not just pain required but any adult of pillow requirements important to themWell done to makers!Bring price down and id buy more and get rid of all mine and I have lots of half suitable to useless ones.

These pillows come vacuum packed and I was initially worried when I first got them out the packaging, after an hour they were still pretty flat and looked very uncomfortable! However after some ‘encouragement’ and ‘fluffing’ (i’e aggressive patting) they soon came to shape and made for a very comfortable and sound sleep. Just as a side note they are quite soft pillows so if you prefer a firmer pillow to sleep maybe not for you :)

Great item keeps its shape great for neck pain no smell unlike some pillows and very good comfortable and helps to give a great nights sleep

Lovely pillow but very soft, gave me headaches. Just not the right pillow for me. But would be for someone else. We are all different.
