Great for anxiety and ADHD and generally keeping you calm when life is crazy. I have taken this product for years and it goes everywhere with me. It has been a great help and I really can vouch that it works for me to support my nervous system.

For years I've always struggled with my patience as I have very little of it, so I decided to look around for some natural remedies to help. My expectations when I bought this were very low, I wasn't expecting a miracle and I tried hard not to be biased because I'm aware of the placebo effect. However, I was so surprised when I noticed the effects when I was taking them regularly for like 3 weeks. I don't take 3 a day as it's very expensive, so I stick to one a day. Anyway, I noticed changes in my mood. I would normally become irritated at the slightest thing, especially if something would disrupt my plans. This made me so calm and relaxed, and gave me a 'come what may' attitude. I tried drops of balance from another brand which didn't come anywhere close to this. With the COVID-19 lockdown, I continued taking this as normal, however, stress makes it harder and it doesn't seem to be as effective, but that could be due to the added mental stress. I would recommend this to certain members of my family too although I don't know how they would take the hint!

When I go for long drives I get anxious, when I have this I can go for those long drives, this is amazing, you have a customer for life.

I take one when needed, at work sometimes in a morning or at night.

Hopefully they will help my daughter, she has said that they leave an earthy taste in your mouth.

looks like an excellent product but didnt work for me... there's that typical tingling in the head and then brain fog..

not sure these work for me, will keep for future use if required

They are very good best ones I have had so far, I take one if I am feeling anxious and it makes me feel calmer.
