I’m not a mechanic that uses these day in and day out, but I’m using them at least twice a week to work on my own stuff. I have zero complaints on how they function, battery life and durability. I chose these over Snap On because of price. Then it came down to size and everything else on the market looked like a chainsaw in your hand or the battery was huge. For the price and compact design I chose these and I’m not at all disappointed.

Electric vs. air.
Had these about two weeks now, gone through a few battery charges.Pluses: Battery-electric is much more convenient, no hose or cord to deal with. Works like a regular ratchet, but with trigger power action.Minuses: could be more durable. Had a battery case break, when tool was dropped on concrete (like most shop floors), but still useable. The current protection tends to kick in early, but releasing the trigger momentarily restores function. Obviously, bulkier than a plain ratchet, but not as much as some other battery ratchets.Neutrals: overall tool service life and serviceability still a question. Got the add-on 3 battery plus charger pack, so back up batteries are on hand for swapping. Will eat her service parts be available, when the ratchet wears, unknown. Wish they had trigger direction control, but that may affect the price too much.With a price less than half of the big tool truck brands, I elected to take a chance. Should these prove unsuccessful over the long haul, I figure they can go to home duty, and I can move on to Milwaukee, MAC, Matco, if needed.

Love the decrease in time to do a job
Seams pretty durable and runs at a speed that you have less tendinitis to strip out bolt heads. So like it however will not work for tighter working areas. Caution, NOT an impact wrench for braking free fasteners that are torqued beyond 20ft lbs. Love it for the time savings of not ratcheting a fastener all the way out. Meaty for using as a ratchet to losing before applying the power .
