I didn’t know that I couldn’t methylate my B vitamins, until I did an upload of the raw genetic data from ancestry.com and worked with a naturopath. Before I started these B vitamins, my blood b12 numbers were in the low range of normal, which turns out is completely in adequate. Now I am in the near high level and my energy is like that of the sun. If you’re taking B vitamins, but you have a certain gene you won’t be absorbing them.

Quality is good. It seems to give me a little more energy. We will see the longer I use it if it makes a huge difference.

I like that my B12 lab tests showed improvement after taking this supplement. What I don't like about it is that it doesn't dissolve as well sublingually, as some other brands I've used in the past.

Due to a test reveiling that I have the mthfr gene mutation, I started taking this product about a year and a half ago. I could definitely tell a difference in my energy levels, which is a huge plus having fibromyalgia as well. The lozenges have a sweet cherry taste, but they don't dissolve rapidly. I do have to break them up softly with my teeth, then put them under my tongue to dissolve, but who cares, it only takes a minute of my time and I appreciate the extra energy boost they give me for the day. 5 stars, a definite recommendation, and I'll keep buying this brand as long as I can!
