Nice chair. I have 29 from another vendor in Oregon that were $800 each. I've had them for several years and they are very nice chairs. Needed another one but couldn't wait for the Oregon shipment in 2 weeks. Ordered this one. Not only did I get it in days, it was just as good as the other chairs and less expensive.

Super comfortable and good looking. Pump went out fast and requested a new one and they got back to me super fast then never sent me a replacement. They were requesting me to go give them a good review first. Lacks quality

The chair looks very nice and is overall sturdy BUT the foot rest is already off balance and loose. Only had for a week

Had mine for a year now and there is a popping noise when my clients are reclined. Weight limit says 400+lbs and my guys aren't more than 350. So far things are sturdy just a bit unsettling.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve gotten 4 incomplete barber chairs, half of the chairs did not come with what I’ve ordered.....there’s no seating parts of the chairs. What I’ve received Is the back of the chairs the pump and the piece that is placed on the floor, in a tiny box I will return these chairs and I need my refund

Good chair just a little stiff when trying to turn

First of all, I own a barbershop and assemble this type of chair at least once a year.I ordered this chair and recieved only half of it. I then spent the next week corresponding with the seller to find out where the other half was and when it would arrive. This left me with a tacky half chair sitting in my barbershop for over a week!Once the other half arrived, I then had to try and assemble it with only pictures (very unclear with no details) and a video link. The video instructions were for a chair in a different state of partial assembly than the one I recieved.To top it off, the back of the chair isn't as tall as the rest of my barber chairs. At 5'8" I have to slouch to recline even with the headrest fully extended. For a 400lb capacity chair, it should be able to fit at least a 6' tall man reclining comfortably. My others that look exactly like this fit my husband at 6'6".Not worth it, try another chair!
