Feels great, and I think it's working, but you may need to replace it regularly
I love this thing, from the beautiful packaging, to the way it feels, to its effectiveness.I've only been using it for a little over a month, once daily, but I have seen moderate improvement in my curly, type-4/5 hair.The downside is that eventually you will need to replace it. The build quality of the roller's stem makes it snap off after a while. The needles also dull after a while. Otherwise, it's great, and well worth it.

This device is excruciatingly painful to use. It cut into my scalp and definitely pulled out more hair than it could possibly help to regrow.

It was good until it wasn't. I have had this less than 2 months and it broke. The plastic wheel on the head of it broke and the head fell off.
