The bracelet is very pretty its good weight not cheap. But it took me 1 hour to try to resize it. The pins didn't want to come out it bent the tool and had to straighten out the 2nd one to finally get it out. Then when I went to put the bracelet on the clasp didn't want to go through the end and close I had to use a little pair of pliers to finally get it closed. After all the work I hope it works. Clasp is hard to close

When I got the bracelet. It would not clasp. The end was too big to go. Into the connection. Totally unsatisfied.

When you have arthritis, you first notice how tight the lid of the beautiful box is. It is extremely difficult to open even for someone with big strong hands.Inside the box is a beautiful bracelet with the jewelry tools to remove links, more disappointment that I would not be able to make it fit. But that didn’t matter because I couldn’t close the tight clasp.I contemplated returning, but I had also bought two because of the pain in both my elbows. So when the other one arrived, I anticipated the challenge and was able to get both clasps closed and wear both as a band around my forearms. It would be nice if they fit like a stretchy watch band. But they definitely work to help my elbows!
