Several months ago, I started reading actual paperback and hardcover books instead of only on my Kindle since I missed the feel of holding a book. I had misplaced my favorite bookmark and using a plain notecard was just too boring for me so I searched on here for some new bookmarks. I love inspirational sayings and Bible verses and came across these bookmarks by Christian Art Gifts. There are so many to choose from but I loved the saying "Strong & Courageous" along with the Bible verse from Joshua 1:9 so I ordered this one to see how I liked it.This bookmark is made of imitation leather so it has a leather look to it. It is mostly black except for the brown part which contains the Bible verse. The Bible verse is taken from Joshua 1:9 and says "Be Strong and Courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." The words are inscribed on the bookmark so they won't fade or rub off. The back of the bookmark is all black and there are black ribbons attached. It measures 2 1/8 inches by 6 1/2 inches. It comes in a plastic sleeve which makes it convenient for gift-giving. It is thick enough but not so big that it will harm any books.I love this bookmark and it makes me feel happy every time I use and see it. I even purchased one for a close friend and it turns out this verse is one of her favorites so she was really touched by the gift! It made me incredibly happy to see her using it too. I am happy with the quality of these bookmarks and have purchased several of the other ones as well. I have seen way too many of them that I like, which isn't a bad thing, and feel they would make excellent gifts, either for yourself or friends and family members. I know I would love to receive one of these and feel the price is just right for them. I highly recommend them!
