Large but odorless, tasteless pills, ok to swallow for me. I belive they have helped reduce my muscle pain. Seem decent quality.

So I originally bought these for energy/better sleep. While I'm not convinced I got more energy from taking them or found it much easier to sleep... I can only assume that the quality of sleep has changed because I've noticed a huge reduction in strong physical fight/flight responses and the time that I spend obsessively worried about something is much shorter. I figured I'd leave a review since I'm about to buy a second bottle. Ta bbz

I was a little concerned that these would be as good as my previous malate, but they are doing the job almost as well. I don't take them for sleep though, I take them for symptoms of Fibromyalgia. I find they help me with energy levels and pain.

On to my 2nd bottle now- really has made a great difference to my Fibro and Arthritis. I would definitely recommend these A* brilliant price quick delivery

Magnesium malate is a good form of magnesium supplement for athletes who get "restless legs" syndrome and twitching muscles, since its very bioavailable. I've had good results with these, but can't quite get over how expensive they are.

Definitely works well, i use it as a pregnancy supplement as i used to get cramps in my legs. The only thing that is a bit of a downside is mild laxative effect and noxious farts
