Easy to make a cheap breathing exerciser (comparable to expand a lung)
This bubbler can be used with any atomic regulator, and a zip tie, to create a breathing device that gives you adjustable resistance. Total cost roughly 10-15 dollars, instead of 30. I prefer mine because I picked a mouthpiece that was a very comfortable.

They work because they are hard to turn
The ones that easily turn will slowly turn off. That does not happen with the Toro.

GREAT REPLACEMENT
Replaced my 20 year old original Toro bubblers - very easy to do and work much better than the originals.
