I purchased this chair for my daughter for Christmas and assembled it on Christmas eve. Once assembled, I noticed that one of the arm rest stems didn't lock into place when it was rotated.Noting that it was Christmas eve, I emailed the company via amazon with the expectation that I wouldn't get a response until after boxing day. However, I received a message back on Christmas day! After some further email correspondence to ascertain the specific issue, the company sent me out a replacement part to fix the issue with no fuss.I am happy with the chair. Once assembled it operated as expected (less for the initial arm rest issue) and my daughter says it comfortable and she's happy.However I am extremely impressed with the customer aftercare. The correspondence was fluid and they rectified my issue with no dramas at all.If you purchase this chair and encounter an issue, be rest assured that the company will sort it out!Best customer service I've had in a long time!

Great gaming chair that my son loves.The box was delivered on time as you would expect. It is quite big and heavy but ok. It takes a little bit of time to build but it’s ok to do.I found when putting mine together it was missing 2 screws that hold the armrest to the base of the seat. I contacted the manufacturer and had a reply within a day or so. I sent a picture of the instructions so they knew exactly what was missing and then informed me they had sent some out.All in all the problem was resolved in less than 10 days which is more than excepptablce and I am more than happy with how they resolved the matter.Would recommend the chair and the supplier/manufacturer for great after sales service.

When assembling i notice several slices and holes this is not good enough especially for the money it is so sent the seller the photos and they replied quickly and was very kind too I got half of my money back and they are making sure every product is perfect. I do have to say their customer service is excellent and I would buy from them again. To top it off the chair is really comfortable too

At first glance, it seems a lot to pay for a chair and because of this I was considering a camping chair, legit.I used to make seats similar to this as my first job but different Industry. As I was putting this together I noticed a few marks on the vynal (the cover for the foam, I can’t spell, lol) and the cutting of it was a bit ropey.Other than those small problems it is a recomendable product. I use this chair everyday, for uni work and of course, gaming. If you’re like me and have been using an old office chair from the 90’s then it is deffo worth investing in this product.Everything you need to build this chair comes with it. At first I didn’t appreciate the simplicity of the assembly, spent ages putting the wheels on when I realised that you just need to apply more pressure and they slot in. The armrests I stupidly put on backwards but that was more me, than the instructions. Overall it probably took me about 25-35minutes to assemble, if I had music playing in the background would deffo been less. Also I will say that, I’m over weight and although it is comfortable, my thighs cup the side of the seat. If you’re over 38inch waist, consider looking for a chair with a wider seat base.

I regret to report multiple significant issues with the chair I purchased a mere two months ago. Despite the claims made about its quality and functionality, several concerning observations have surfaced during my brief period of usage.Primarily, the chair is excessively noisy and unstable, creating an unpleasant experience when attempting to readjust one's position. The material used lacks the promised durability, evident in the rapid deterioration of the armrests within the initial month. The armrests have peeled and discolored significantly, shifting from their original black hue to an unappealing grey, substantially diminishing the aesthetic quality. Additionally, the leather material has begun to crease and stretch excessively, further detracting from the chair's appearance and integrity. These issues are highly atypical for a gaming chair of this caliber.Furthermore, the promised footrest has proven to be inadequate and unreliable. Not only does it continuously slide out of position, but its support structure, constructed from notably inferior plastic, is prone to bending or breaking after minimal usage. Moreover, the footrest's stability is compromised by recurrent unscrewing, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with its functionality.Most concerning, however, is the malfunction of the lift gas pump, which occurred within a mere two months of use. This malfunction has not only resulted in tears to my carpet but has also led to an uneven tilt of the chair, rendering it unusable and posing potential safety risks.Despite repeated attempts to contact customer support for assistance, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns. The lack of responsiveness from the customer support team adds to the frustration and disappointment I feel as a consumer.

Thank you for this amazing chair, also thank you for the additional desk mat looks amazing, never expected to come with the chair but the chair is amazing itself, even though i had a bit of trouble with one of the armrest. everything else is perfect even the leg rest, genuently never thought it would be comfortable but it is very comfortable and its really tall which is what i was looking for. AMAZING PRODUCT IM IN LOVE WITH THIS. 🫶🏽😁
